ANNAPOLIS – Three cases of vulnerable adult abuse at the hands of caretakers have been uncovered in Anne Arundel, Howard, and Baltimore counties. Today, Attorney General Anthony Brown, the Medicaid Fraud and Vulnerable Victims Unit , and the AARP announced a plan for legislation to give the MFVVU more funding to uncover more cases of vulnerable adult abuse.
