5 Tips for Stronger Hair Growth

Hair loss is something we all have to deal with at some point in our lives. While most people only have to deal with hair loss in a small capacity. Some of us are left with permanent hair loss, which affects our confidence and mental health.

If you have started to lose your hair and you’re not ready to say goodbye, here are five tips for growing more robust, healthier hair in the face of adversity.

There are multiple things you can do if you start to experience hair loss in your life. Here are our five favorites.

2 – Biotin

Try using a detangling brush instead of a normal one. When drying your hair, don’t rub it vigorously with a towel. Instead, try patting it dry. Avoid Excessive product use whenever possible. If you can follow these simple instructions, you should see a big difference in your hair thickness and quality within weeks.
