Analysis: What’s State of the State look like?

Here’s a word cloud from Gov. O’Malley’s State of the State address. They told us that it would be about jobs, and you can see a lot of those in the text. But there’s a lot of “choices” as well. This largely comes from a section entitled “Not by Chance, by Choice,” in which O’Malley highlights some of his favorite accomplishments. And of course you can’t have jobs if you don’t “create” them.

But, as you can see, it’s mostly about Maryland. We used O’Malley’s prepared remarks, as we haven’t transcribed his actual delivery, but it was extremely similar. We’ll have more coverage today and tomorrow on MarylandReporter.com
