Md. Chamber opposes changing method for corporate taxes

On Friday, Sen. Paul Pinsky and 15 co-sponsors again introduced legislation to establish combined reporting as the way corporations would determine their taxes in Maryland law. Pinsky has repeatedly sponsored this measure and Maryland businesses have repeatedly opposed it. What follows is a letter sent to the governor, Senate president and House speaker by the president of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce explaining why combined reporting should be rejected again.
