MarylandReporter.com spoke with Sol & Carlyn Hubert professor of Law at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law Paula Monopoli on Friday about her new book: Constitutional Orphan: Gender Equality and the Nineteenth Amendment. Wednesday, Aug. 26, marked 100 years since the adoption of the Nineteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The amendment gave women the right to vote.
